Google Adwords campaigns are an expensive but very effective way to get results right away, without too many messianic SEO rituals that can work or, who knows, who can say? SEO is not an exact and absolute activity precisely because Google's algorithms are, and will remain, forever a mystery, so that no one can voluntarily devise a way to bypass them.

Each Google page has, on average, about 10 organic positions to fill with relevant results that have done their SEO work correctly. Paid positions are much fewer and, depending on the keywords selected for the business, could be very expensive.
